We can only perceive with our physical senses the third dimension. From the most distant, down-transformed and dense energy we on earth are trying to understand how our universe works. On this level we are from the universal creational power consciously as far away as we possibly can get.

The 6-10th dimensions belong to the implicit (folded), virtual, spiritual, unmanifested part of the energy - information and consciousness.

The 5-3rd dimensions represent the explicit (unfolded), mind related, manifested part of the energy - information and consciousness.

The third dimension to which Earth belongs represents the lowest and most sluggish part of the energy - information and consciousness.

1. The Animal Human Being:
This category includes people who are still from a consciousness and emotional point of view closer to the animal stage than the human level. These are controlled by the lower quality mind power - the Draconian, Satanic Power. These people have their consciousness focused predominantly in the three lower energy vortexes (chakras), which are controlled by lust, anger, greed, vanity and selfishness.

2. The Human Being:
This category includes people who from a consciousness and emotional point of view are on the human level. These people are controlled by the higher quality mind power - the Buddhist power - the absolute consciousness about the explicit (unfolded), manifested part of the creation. These people have their consciousness focused predominantly in the three higher energy vortexes (chakras). These people are characterized by selflessness, humility, generosity, thoughtfulness, trust, kinship.

3. Five-Dimensional Conscious Human Being:
This category includes people who from a consciousness and emotional point of view are at the super human level (soul level). The Soul Energy - Christ Power, the Absolute Consciousness predominantly controls these people and they have their consciousness focused predominantly on intermediate levels between the sixth and seventh energy vortexes (chakras) - between the forehead region and the fontanel region. These people access both soul energy and mind energy. People at this consciousness level are the true leaders of mankind. Members of the Cosmic Federation, the World Teacher and Others belong to this consciousness level.

Our recent civilization is totally focused on the third dimension. We call this dimension our reality. People with a fourth dimensional consciousness regard the fourth dimension as their reality. These individuals consciously use all available knowledge, technique and energy from the fourth dimension.

On earth we have the possibility to develop a fourth dimensional quantum consciousness at the same time as we are aware of and work in the third dimension.

Very few individuals on this planet are also tuned on the fifth dimension at the same time as they are aware of the fourth and work in the third dimension. These people are the elite among humans. The goal of the Academy is to help as many individuals as possible to liberate themselves and achieve a five-dimensional quantum consciousness.
