§1 |
The Academic
Foundation for Total Human Culture is established in order to work for the
unification on a joint platform for the spiritual,
cultural, philosophical, artistic and scientific efforts of the planet
Earth. Furthermore, the institution shall stimulate
cultural and scientific initiatives to support the progress and
development of man.
The
Academy is established for an unlimited period of time and is of a
scientific nature. |

§ 2 |
The Academy has its residence in
Stockholm, Sweden,

§ 3 |
The Academy is an international,
independent, neutral, and non-profit organization. |
|
|
|
|
§ 4 |
The purpose of the Academy is the
advancement of culture, education, development and renewal in
mental and physical areas. The Academy will encourage this by:
- scientific,
spiritual and
cultural cooperation and by the establishment of understanding
and consensus through explanation and education via seminars,
distance teachings, video conferences, books, DVD-films, CDs,
mp3 etc.
- the development of scientific
and cultural relations between different organizations in the
world.
- publication of theses, studies
and research according to the regulations of the Academy.

§ 5 |
The members of the Academy are divided in the
following way:
-
Active member - "fellow" - is a person who takes
active part in the work of the organization. They are a
part of the council of the Academy.
- Member of honor - "Honoris
causa" - is a person who has been granted admittance for some
sort of achievement. He/she does not take an active part
in the various assignments in the Academy.
- Passive member - is someone
connected to the network with no obligations in the work of the
Academy.
- Supporting member - is a
person, company, organization or a physical person who via
donations supports the Academy economically in its efforts to
make its goals come true.

§ 6 |
The president shall, in consensus
with the vice president and the secretary-general, suggest
admissions of councilors and appointments of honorary members. |

|
|
§ 7 |
If a member or councilor wishes to
withdraw from the Academy, he/she has to send a written message
concerning this intent to the secretariat via recommended letter. |
|
|
|
|
§ 8 |
Councilors and members of the
Academy can bring forward propositions and
suggestions or present problems to discuss at
the next meeting. The councilor shall then by way of a recommended
letter inform the secretary-general two weeks before the next
meeting. The board of the Academy shall send notice to attend
latest one week before the next meeting. This message shall be
send to every councilor, and it shall also contain the complete
agenda of the meeting. |

§ 9 |
A member of the Academy, who harms
the interests of the Academy by slander, by the spreading of
rumors or by working against the purposes of the Academy in any
other way, may be excluded from the Academy based on a decision
from the board. |
|

|
|
§ 10 |
Every councilor must
vote in writing, even if the concerned cannot attend the meeting. |
|
|
|
|
§ 11 |
The International President is the
highest authority of the Academy. The president is chairman in the
board of the Academy and the highest authority at the meetings.
All the decisions that are made by the board have to be approved
and signed by the president. The president cannot be removed and
only the president himself may choose his successor. |

|
§ 12 |
The vice-president helps the
president and the secretary-general. Furthermore, the vice
president shall, together with the secretary-general, coordinate
the national activities of the members. |
|
|
|
|
§ 13 |
The secretary-general shall,
together with the president and the vice President, lead the
national and international activities of the Academy. The duty of
the secretary-general is also to coordinate, together with the
president, the international activities of the organizations.
Furthermore, the secretary-general shall, together with the vice
president, appoint committees to investigate and solve specific
problems and issues. |

§ 14 |
The secretary of education, in
cooperation with the president and the Secretary of information,
is responsible for the education, development and research within
the Academy. The secretary of education is responsible for all
information both nationally and internationally. |
|
|
|
§ 15 |
The secretary of information shall
manage all informational activities within the Academy together
with the secretary of education. The secretary of information is
directly subordinated the president and the vice-president. |
|
|
|
|
§ 16 |
Within the Academy, no differences
are made between human beings. Everybody can apply for membership
in the network or pursue studies connected to the Academy
regardless of race, sex, color of skin or nationality. The Academy
is open for all who strive for the preservation and progress of
the civilization and the development of a five-dimensional quantum-consciousness. |
