He, who endeavors and forces himself to meditate upon the third eye solely in order to see or experience some sort of phenomenon, automatically enters the astral world, the astral plane. He who tries to meditate on his own, take part in group meditations or practices various forms of yoga, activating of the charkas, rebirthing, etc., automatically enters the lower, intermediate or higher regions of the astral plane, depending on the individual’s inner qualities and development. The five lower centers (charkas) below the Aina center (the third eye), are controlled by astral powers, entities that claim to be gods, goddesses, guides, masters or angels. These beings are ignorant of the spiritual world (the immaterial plane, the dimension of unity) that lies beyond the sensory world. They believe that they have reached the highest plane of their development by raching the causal plane (the field of matrix, patterns) where the sensory plane and the spiritual plane meet. These being are of no help in the spiritual development of man since they have no connection to the primeval source, the dimension of eternity, the central sun which is the Absolute, the Highest God. They do not know the Highest Creator, Father, God, ”Sat Purush”. They have no knowledge or perception of the spiritual dimensions. They are of no use in the spiritual development of man. They can only satisfy the wishes, needs and lusts of sensory nature of man.

From the point of view of consciousness, most people today are in the various sensory regions below the Third Eye situated in the region of the forehead. They are unconsciously trapped in the sensory world. The self-initiated (uninitiated) who begin their meditation starting from these regions i.e. without the guidance of a spiritual teacher, automatically activate the sensory power (kundalini power) in the spinal channel and are consequently under the influence of this sensory energy. The spiritual master advises therefore against all meditation of this kind.

The life energy, the kundalini power or sensory power rises in the spine through the channel of the spinal chord, CNS (central nervous system) from its lowest point in the sacral region till the region of the forehead, epiphysis (corpus pinealis plexus) or pineal gland/body. The lowest point of the sensory energy in the sacral region is symbolized by the swastika used by, among others, Adolf Hitler in his meditations and in the spreading of his ideology. In the sacral region we have the highest consciousness of the animal world and the lowest consciousness of humans. Those light- and sound experiences people have and develop through such meditation are of the lowest sensory nature, i.e. negative and harmful and have nothing to do with the sound- and light experiences one has after being initiated by a spiritual master.
